Bringing clarity

Is this for me?

This process is for people who are ready to move beyond surface-level solutions and want to understand their bodies more deeply. It’s a great fit if:

  • You feel stuck in conventional care or haven’t found lasting answers
  • You’re curious and open to a science-based, integrative approach
  • You want to take an active role in your healing journey, not just follow a plan
  • You’re willing to explore the connections between biology, lifestyle, and emotional health

This process may not be right for you if:

  • You’re unwilling to make changes to your habits or commit to a progressive process
  • You’re looking for quick fixes without addressing the deeper causes
  • You follow a strict vegan diet and are not open to adjusting your nutrition if needed

While every plan is personalized, you can expect:

  • Improved nervous system regulation and resilience to stress
  • Digestive relief and greater metabolic stability
  • Steadier energy and mental clarity
  • Reduced symptoms and better immune regulation
  • A clearer understanding of what your body needs

Your results will depend on your starting point, engagement, and consistency.

That’s often the case. Many people come to me after trying multiple approaches that didn’t work or didn’t last. This process is different because it connects the dots — integrating physiology, behavior, environment, and your story — instead of treating symptoms in isolation.

The process

Here’s what you can expect:

  • A detailed review of your symptoms, history, and lifestyle
  • Functional interpretation of lab results and biomarkers
  • A custom plan for nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle
  • Ongoing 1:1 guidance and plan adjustments
  • Education to help you understand your own biology and make informed choices
Yes. I integrate comprehensive lab testing and biomarker analysis with your health history to identify root causes and guide every recommendation. You’ll receive insights that are tailored to you — never generic protocols.

Nutrition is tailored to your physiology, symptoms, and lifestyle. It often includes:

  • High nutrient density
  • Complete proteins
  • Meal timing and structure that support hormonal and metabolic balance
  • There’s no fixed diet — the plan will reflect your body’s needs, background, and preferences.

Only when they’re clinically relevant. Supplements can be helpful tools to support key biological processes, but they don’t replace healthy habits. I only recommend them based on your unique biology and context.

Yes. The entire process — including consultations, lab reviews, and personalized plans — can be done online. If you’re in Barcelona, in-person sessions may be available.

The Discovery Meeting lasts 90 minutes because it lays the foundation for everything that follows. It gives us space to explore your health history, symptoms, life context, and goals in detail. I ask questions that might not come up in conventional care — and take the time to connect physiological, behavioral, and emotional dots so that the plan we build together is deeply relevant and sustainable.

Approach explained

I support clients navigating complex or chronic symptoms related to digestion, energy, hormones, immunity, and nervous system regulation. If you’re unsure whether your condition is a fit, I invite you to explore the full list of supported here.

It’s an integrative and functional way of understanding health — where symptoms are seen as signals from a broader system. Instead of reducing your experience to one diagnosis, we look for the interconnections between systems: immune, digestive, hormonal, neurological, and psychological. This approach allows for deeper, more personalized care that evolves with you.
Conventional medicine typically treats symptoms in isolation and focuses on diagnosis and standardized treatment. A systemic approach asks different questions: What patterns are behind your symptoms? How do your nervous, immune, hormonal, and digestive systems interact? It’s about uncovering the root causes, understanding your body in context, and designing a path to long-term resilience and function.
Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) is the science of how your nervous system, immune system, and hormonal system interact. It helps explain why chronic stress, emotional states, and early life experiences can influence inflammation, immunity, energy levels, and healing capacity. This framework allows us to treat you as a whole person — not just a collection of symptoms.
