Welcome to Alostazia. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or booking a session, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

Alostazia offers wellness-oriented services:

  • Online consultations
  • 1:1 functional health coaching
  • Educational content (written materials, guides, videos)
  • Digital courses and group programs


Our services are explicitly educational and advisory. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. Alostazia’s recommendations complement but do not replace care from licensed medical or mental health professionals.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Prepayment is required to confirm all appointments.

  • You may reschedule or cancel sessions up to 24 hours prior.

  • Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • No refunds are offered for sessions that have commenced or been completed.

  • By booking, you explicitly accept these terms, acknowledging the educational nature and limitations of the services.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, comprehensive, and truthful health information.
  • Explicitly confirm the accuracy and completeness of your provided information at booking.
  • Assume full personal responsibility for implementing recommendations.
  • Recognize that our services do not substitute professional medical advice.
  • Consult with your licensed healthcare provider before significant health changes.
 

Failure to disclose accurate and complete information relieves Alostazia of responsibility for any outcomes or effects resulting from this omission.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellations

Under EU consumer law, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase, provided the service has not commenced. “Commencement” explicitly refers to the start of your booked session (the scheduled consultation or coaching call). After this point, your withdrawal rights cease.

No refunds or cancellations are permitted after a session starts, even if technical issues arise, though Alostazia will attempt reasonable rescheduling.

5. Intellectual Property

All educational content, including guides, session materials, videos, and PDFs, are protected intellectual property owned by Alostazia.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display any materials without explicit written consent from Alostazia. Unauthorized use will result in immediate legal action, including claims for damages and penalties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Alostazia does not guarantee specific health outcomes. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • Services are solely educational and wellness-oriented.
  • You bear full responsibility for applying any guidance.
  • Alostazia will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including financial losses, medical expenses, or adverse health outcomes arising from the use of our services or content.
  • Testimonials represent subjective individual experiences, not guaranteed outcomes.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alostazia, its affiliates, and personnel against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of our services or content.

8. Dispute Resolution and Complaints Procedure

If you have concerns or disputes:

  • Contact Alostazia first at gdpr@alostazia.com to resolve issues informally.

  • If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/). Alostazia agrees to participate in ODR mediation procedures to resolve disputes amicably.

9. Disclaimer and Risk Acknowledgement

Alostazia utilizes principles from functional medicine and psychoneuroimmunology, neither of which constitute legally regulated medical practices. Our services are explicitly educational and advisory and do not establish any provider–patient or therapeutic relationship.

You explicitly acknowledge inherent health-related risks associated with changes to your lifestyle or diet. Alostazia strongly advises discussing such risks explicitly with a licensed medical professional before making significant health changes.

10. Notification of Changes

Alostazia may update, modify, or discontinue services or website content without prior notice. Any significant changes to these terms will be communicated through email or prominently on our website. Updated terms become effective upon publication.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish and EU law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall exclusively fall under the jurisdiction of Spanish and EU courts.
